I finally got a couple of pictures of my Jeep and wanted to post them. How do I do it?

How to add a picture to your post.

Here's how I do it,

1) I load the pics on my computer.
2) Go to Photobucket http://www.photobucket.com/ and download them to there from my compurter.
3) I then right click on the picture, go to properties and highlight the url address and then copy it.
4) I then go to the site or forum that I want post it on.
5) There I start or reply to a thread.
6) Where it says message body there you'll find an IMG button. Click it and paste the pic properties, then click IMG again.
7) I preview the thread and see how I have done and then post it.

OR

Support DDTJ by purchasing the Decals and you will have your own gallery to upload pictures!

I think my problem is with my photo system. I have Kodak and they have an unusual file naming system. It is very hard to find the pictures unless you open the Kodak software and then it is very hard to export pictures except through their E-mail system, which I don't use. I won't buy another Kodak digital camera.

Maybe he would like you to expand a little on it, like add the photo bucket url and send it to him so he can make it a sticky

My camera does the same thing. I'm a fairly computer illiterate individual, so I tend to do things the simpilist ways possible. When I open the pics from my camera I also open My Pictures which is then on the task bar. I have My Pictures as an icon on my desk top so it is easy for me to find. Then I drag and drop the pics from my camera to My Pictures. I'd never find them other wise.

Awesome! Thanks Al!!

I will try to take some pics of the process. How about we do the write up together and make it into a sticky?

I totally forgot about this. For the time being, this will be a sticky until I take some screen shots!
