this may/may not be new's to you. on the rear dana44, the FILL PLUG, if overtightened, will damage the air locker! passing this on from ROF. apparantly, there is not enough clearance, and when overtightened, it will engauge the locker and damage it. no fix yet. just don't overtighten the fill plug. i am guessing a bung, washer, different cover etc... will most likely come into play. //dave//
